Anyone going or gone to practices like this and have any advice? How early should I get there and how long do the practices usually last? And how much of a nightmare is it trying to leave?

Might be going, not sure, but I've been to roughly 6 or 7 practices at Florham Park, including this June.

The gates open an hour before practice begins, but usually there is a fairly long line by that point, so most people try to show up an hour and a half before the gates open. When the gates open you'll be forced to walk through the Jets tent and then into the field area where you can start lining up along the fences (it's a walk). 90% of the time the practices are on the far field, not the near field, so just keep walking.

The practices tend to last about an hour and a half, sometimes two hours and players always are signing afterwards. Getting out of there is not that bad at all.
