Me too. I don't understand how people see the negative here. The more you play anyone the more of a risk they are for getting injured on a play simply because they are playing more. So should we not play our best players more often because we are scared of them getting hurt? Besides its not like he is going to be seeing a lot of snaps at WR.
People didn't really complain when Deion Sanders did it. If our defense does its job and keeps opponents offense off the field and our offense controls TOP, Cromartie will be fresh and we won't have to worry about extra wear and tear. All it does is open up other options for us and makes the defense adjust. I see this as a good thing, even if Cro only gets 2-3 passes all year. I think Cromartie's role on offense will vary depending on how the D plays and how our WRs perform. The guy is an amazing athlete, we should take advantage.
