Received an email from jets 2 weeks after referring a friend who subsequently bought 4 upper level seasons tickets. I contacted account rep and asked if I might be entitled to a reward and was informed that program was not retroactive. Thoughts?
No. The purchaser mentioned me when buying tix, but the program was not officially in place. I contacted my account rep as soon as I saw promo and was informed no retro. I know that , by the letter of the law, I am not entitled but it would be nice if they threw you a bone sometimes
Yeah, sure. I have my thoughts. My thoughts are, Account Reps are dirtbags. So is the Ticket Office. Has been and will be. Any other concerns?
