Anyone see any positives ? Thought Joe Mac looked ok ,sadly that was about it ,we will learn a lot more next week ,but jeeze there was not much positive this evening ..
What if the Bengals are just gonna be really, really good... ugh, I have trouble believing my own self.:sad:
:breakdance: :rofl2: say it as u see it my main worry is at what point Rex starts comfort Eating  other than that Im not saying shit till next week
Sanchez looked pretty good for not having Santonio Holmes to throw to and being under pressure on half of his snaps. This was this offense's first game in the system, so it's not going to feel like we're watching the Packers or anything, especially considering the starters played for a quarter. I felt like the starting offense was right where it needed to be for the first preseason game. I walked away encouraged.
The main positive is that it was a preseason game, doesn't count, and was filled with mostly backups. McKnight looked good, Coples looked good, Tebow's running looked good, both FGs were made (lol), Sanchez and Turner had a connection, and the first defense didn't give up a td (though they still didn't look good). That's about it.
That was the most disappointing part of the game. I was glad to see them hold strong on 1st-3rd and goal, but the Law Firm ran all over the defense on that long drive.
Yeah man, all game I am saying to my girl, 'I was worried this retard named BIGREX was going to run onto the field naked and somehow cause an ACL injury to one of our d-linemen.' Disaster averted! You were at home after all!
Before the blocked punt with 20 seconds left in the first half the game was pretty even. How much can we take from the second half of a preseason game?
You want a positive? No one got seriously hurt! The Line Looks the same! A play or two they look solid taking on their rushers and the next couple plays they are getting handled. There was a ton of Holding going on and not getting called by the officials. I hope we look a little more fluid and ready to play next game. I have always thought the Dolphin offense looked just like what I saw tonight under Sporano.
You're obviously unfamiliar with Dick's work. He is like a human chum bucket. He will dump a pile of rotten fish in the water, and amid all of that decomposing organic crap, there will be one tiny random live guppy swimming out of it. Quality only trumps quantity if the quality is able to swim out of that cloud of chum.
Coples looked pretty good. Hill had a couple grabs. McKnight was alright. Sanchez and Turner looted like they had a connection. How much do we expect the starters to play against the Giants? I wanna see if this linecan hold blocks for longer than 1-1.5 seconds so we can see some shots down the field to Hill and Schilens.
