show me where I said that??? The post I quoted makes absolutely no sense and is entirely irrelevant. Listen bud, if 1 person tells you that you make no sense, seek another opinion...If another person tells you, that you make no sense it might be true...If 20 people tell you that you make no sense, rest assured; you make no sense. your position is that rex ryan has no place being upset with his players (NFL athletes) for not entering training camp in good shape, because he himself is not in peak physical condition (let alone he lost 100 pounds), and the cause of these players not being in shape is because rex used to be obese so they therefore do not respect him, which in turn leads to them not respecting their own careers by not being in proper shape? do you see how absolutely retarded this statement is? if you don't, I'm going to back off because there's clearly a logic cell missing.
Jets signed WRs Wes Kemp and Chris Forcier. Both are undrafted rookies, Kemp out of Mizzou and Forcier out of Furman. The signings are purely for practice depth, as the Jets were down to four healthy receivers on Thursday.
If our Strength and Conditioning Coach were a fat piece of shit the players would probably laugh all the way to the buffet. Other than that they probably don't give a rat's fat ass. As far as Rex? My boss is a fucking retard but he demands me to be a genius 24/7.
they still wouldn't....why do people think the shape of a non football player will dictate how an NFL player treats their body and trains... this theory is beyond ludacris and teetering the line of pure retarded.
i see your point dude. but these players are making anywhere from hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions. no matter who you are on this team, you are getting paid to be in the best possible shape you can be. it doesnt matter if rex is 400 lbs, he's your boss, and as an employee you do what you're told. being in football shape before TC is a given
exactly... it's like being a taxi driver and saying.."well my boss drinks during the day when he's dispatching cars...So I guess I should just drink behind the wheel!" The logic makes absolutely no sense....it doesn't apply to taxi drivers...it doesn't apply to NFL athletes.
yes, and? May I nominate this thread for dump of the year? I know it's only August but I doubt we will see something that could rival this.
Reading everywhere that Holmes is out with "general soreness". WTF is that? It seems he just showed up out of shape. Even Holmes said it's taking him "a few days to get adjusted to camp, wearing shoulder pads, getting back into football shape." I find it frustrating. Rex must be seething.
