Cumberland Cumberland is my pick to have a good year (after his injury) ..he showed a lot in pre-season last summer.... PS: so glad that Mulligan (the walking penalty).. is gone!
Woa! Are those subtitles for real? I remember this play and I remember seeing him on the bench talking and thinking "He is not talking about football right now." It looked like he was talking about hi favorite ice cream as a kid or something. But I think those subtitles are actually correct. Scary...
no, the subtitles are not entirely correct. The task was doing the months in REVERSE, a concussion test
I watched the vid and you absolutely can't make out the exact words. November wasn't even close to the lip motion he and could easily be interpreted as a thousand different words. He probably said February, and it cuts off right at that point. That vid has to be one of the most retarded things ever posted on here and the sad part is that Jets fans condone it for some reason. How can anyone watch something like that and declare it fact?? It's nothing but a personal attack on Keller.
Its also a concussion test which makes it even more retarded. To think the guy can't remember the months is ridiculous. He probably took a shot to the head and was a bit dazed. I had a head injury once and I couldn't remember what street I lived on.
I think thats a bit harsh considering he is one of the top blocking TEs in the league ... an average receiving TE, but thats why they have Egnew and Clay
Not sure what reporter wrote it but if it isnt Ben Volin I wouldnt put much stock in it. Most of the writers in S Fla are like fans on these forums just throwing skivvies at the wall and seeing if they stick. As for Fasano leaving, I would be somewhat surprised if the Phins cut him because of the weakness of the WR corps. I have a suspicion that Philbin and Sherman will try and make the TEs a strength until they can establish the WRs, which probably wont start to happen until next year. If Fasano is cut or not re-signed after this season, I would put the Jets at or near the top for his services.
