Got my tickets. My theater had The Dark Knight Trilogy option for only $25 which is a great deal, but I just went with midnight showing tickets. I've seen Batman Begins and The Dark Knight enough. (Not saying I won't watch them at home before Rises, but still. :) )

Im going with the trilogy deal, gonna go right after work lol...convinced my gf to come along. My gut tells me this will be one of the top 5 greatest trilogies ever. Batman is my favorite superhero and it has been represented well so far

    LOTR
    Back to the future
    Man with no name trilogy
    Batman trilogy

    reviews are coming out already

Without a doubt, IMO the best trilogy in the sense that every single film is fantastic. I can rewatch the other 2 at any time, and I'm positive this won't be an exception.

One of the more ignored trilogies is Toy Story, all 3 are fantastic.

Good thing I said top 5 and left one trilogy out...Toy Story absolutely deserves to be in that conversation...Toy Story 1 and 3 to me are masterpieces...2 is just a fantastic story too. I have to buy this trilogy

Trilogies are tough. Especially to have 3 good movies.

The Lord of the Rings is #1 but in many ways it is just a 9 hour (Or extended 12 hour) movie.

The Dark Knight Trilogy will probably be #1 to me after I see Rises as I loved the first 2.

Original Star Wars Trilogy and Toy Story do belong on the list.

Maybe it's me, but I'm not nearly as hyped for this as I was the previous two Batman films. The second was too long and drawn out, and in addition, Bale's Batman voice was just awful. I can't sit through another two and a half hours listening to that.

I read somewhere the voice isn't as forced in this one.

Sounds the same to me in the commercials/trailers. I like it. It is realistic to talk that way and hide his actual Bruce Wayne voice. I get it was super over the top at the end of TDK, but he was out of breath! He just took on the Joker and Two-Face! haha.

Full soundtrack is available online now. I listened to it today. Very good, as always. Sounds like the end of the movie is going to be very action packed.

Cool video. We are at the point now where I am trying to avoid potential spoilers. I think on Wednesday, reviews are allowed to be released, so I will probably avoid most sites on Wednesday and Thursday. I stopped going to the IMDB message boards awhile back because people try to ruin stuff there. 5 days away!

a friend of mine wanted me to go with him to this one so he told me to watch the first movies. I did and I'm all set to go watch this Friday or whenever.

    RE: Bale's Batman voice

    Yeah, that was pretty bad.
