Not that I really care, but what a pathetic joke. His OPS is 150 points higher than Sandoval's, and he's also a much better fielder.

dodgers of course haven't been hitting, but Kershaw is 4-0 with a 1.39 ERA in his career against the Mets.

Sandoval also missed half the season.

I kno this games not over with, but the time is now!!! Time to end the Phillies!!! They are on the verge of trading both Hamels and Victorino and basically break the team up. If the Mets can continue the Phillies downfall, they could put the finishing touches and quite possibly the biggest failures in Sports history.

are you kidding me, Nickeas? Bases loaded, 1 out, comebacker to Batista, throw home, and Nickeas can't catch.

    Should've been a 1-2-3 double play.

I imagine this is what the Marvelous Marv Mets looked like.

    7-3 Dodgers.

Even though Batista should have been out of the inning, he's really pretty terrible.

Hard to lead when you don't score. Needed a big effort from Kershaw, finally got some runs.

Actual excerpt from the Dodgers official post-game tweet:

"...The Boys in Blue are undefeated in July..."

Can we please get rid of Justin Turner...he is below average at all areas of the game and is the reason "utility" player should never be used!

Turner is great with RISP. He's a below average 1B though. Also one of the few RH hitters on our team.

The Mets are basically burying the last 5 years if they can sweep the Phillies. The Mets are taking back what the Phillies stole from them.
