    We're Jet fans posting on a Jets board - you're a Buffalo Bills fan posting on a Jets board.

    Why wouldn't you, a Buffalo Bills fan, want to post on a Bills message board?

    Your read it here first come back when it turns I am right. The Pats are the most overrated team in the NFL. They add a couple rookies all of sudden their pathetic defense will be good?

    The Pats will lose to both Jets and Bills this season with a Jets sweep. Brady is under more pressure than he has ever been and has one of his worst statistical years.

    The Jets and the Bills have gotten better the Patriots have not and take a big step back this year. Pats 8-8

    You can't possibly be that delusional.

    The Pats are prohibitive favorites to win the Super Bowl this year.

    They can sleepwalk through the regular season and still win 12 to 14 games.

    Good luck fighting out with the Phins this year to stay out of the AFCE basement.

    That pathetic defense hasn't stopped us from going 27-5 over the last two years. Why would it be any different this year?

    C'mon dude. Love the sentiment behind this, but this just makes you look foolish. They haven't lost four games in a row in a million years.

    The best part of this time of year is that everything is pure speculation. Every team has questions marks; even the Pats, I know it’s hard to fathom. This is a copy cat league and I have to say I really like what the Jets are doing on the Defensive side of the ball. You guys can say Bell, Smith, Landry (all bigger Safeties) wont make a difference; but look at the blueprint. The Giants hade 3 Safeties with size that allowed them to match up better than any other team with your maligned 2 TE sets (Phillips, Rolle, and Grant). Also like the Giants, the Jets have invested in their front 7. While Coples has yet to play a down in the NFL, all the reports are that he and Wilkerson are going to be a handful, and give the Jets plenty of options with a 4 man front. Our corners lock it down with man press and watch Demario Davis, guy will be a baller.

    I would be a fool to say the Pats won’t be in the mix for the top seed in the AFC, they should by all accounts. But, that’s why the NFL is the greatest sport on the planet, any team can be relevant or irrelevant, even the Pats and or the Jets. The Bills on the other hand, are the Bills. Nobody has won the Lombardy trophy based on FA acquisitions, reminds me of the Dead-skins of the 2000’s

    We signed a grand total of like 3 guys, and 2 of them are backups LOL.

    I cant stand this comparison to the Redskins, it doesn't even make sense. We've been building through the draft for the last 3+ years, sign one huge free agent and all of a sudden we're the Redskins? lol.

    Building through the draft?

    *08
    * McKelvin (Yikes!, he blows)
    * Hardy (is he still on the team?)

    *09
    *Maybin (Jets)
    *Wood (guy missed how many games?)
    * Byrd (one good season)
    *10
    *Spiller (had 3 nice games in his career, yet you thinkk hes a top 15 back)
    * Troup (who)
    * Carrington (3-4 End, glad you switch to a 4-3)
    *11
    *Dareus (nice pick, should be he was a top 3 pick)

    So, no your not building through the draft. All I keep hearing about is this fierce D-Line. Kyle WIlliams, Mario, Anderson, Kelsey, and Darius and LB's Barnett and Lights out. blah, blah, blah. Lets see IF they stay healthy

    Um... 3 out of the 4 starters on our dline were draft picks by the Bills, so you are making yourself sound like an ass.

    Other draft picks and UDFAs we've been building with the past few years: Stevie Johnson, Fred Jackson, Spiller, David Nelson, Donald Jones, Marcus Easley, Eric Wood, Andy Levitre, Kyle Williams, Marcel Dareus, Chris Kelsay, Kelvin Sheppard, George Wilson, Jairus Byrd, Leodis McKelvin, Terrence McGee, Aaron Williams and many others. And now add Stephon Gilmore, Cordy Glenn, TJ Graham etc.

    We've only used free agency to supplement building through the draft, with players like Kraig Urbik, Chad Rhinehart, Erik Pears, Scott Chandler, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Kirk Morrison, Mark Anderson, Vince Young.

    There has only been 1 guy that the Bills have gone out to get as a starter and spend crazy money on, and that guy is Mario Williams.

    Saying this team hasn't been built through the draft and comparing them to the Redskins (who trade their players for picks or sign multiple guys to huge deals) doesn't make a lick of sense. Continuing with this argument is going to really affect your credibility.

    And those were the same people that claimed the Chargers would dominate their division the past 3 seasons. Just saying. The media doesn't knows its ass from its elbow, many don't even watch the game tape. Football has so much variance that predicting anything is difficult.

    The Pats D was not better than the Jets. The Jets gave up move points partially because of high offensive TOs last year. Total yards is the stat that matters most on D because it doesn't take turnovers and other mishaps on offense into account.

    Time will tell but you heard it here first. All the talks of the Pats is just that talk they are not as close to as being good as talked about. The Jets beat them in the Playoffs not to long ago.

    They have not gotten better and will have a down year. A key injury here or there coordinators figuring out Grankowski and a poroous defense lead to the Pats losing the shootouts.

    They are not a lock as everybody assumes not a lot of sure wins on that schedule.

    No matter what method the Bills have been using to build there team has yielded shit results to date. So congratulations on building a pile of shit, by whatever means.
