Hes up to 250 Lbs (229 lbs last year) and has been on a major bulk taking in 6,000 Calories a day. Glad this guy is dedicated. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000...p-eyes-bigger-role?module=HP11_headline_stack
Holy fuck. That is one big dude. I am really rooting for Maybin, I really think he is going to live up to his potential and draft pick... the future of the OLB position lies here.
I don't care if he has been doing thoroughbred racing steroids to get that big, if this is the result then I support it.
Booo I got all excited reading this thread, then read the article and Maybin isnt 250 pounds... Im sure he hopes to get 20 sacks next year too And as for the picture in the OP, just remember that in LaRon Landrys picture of him looking far bigger than that, he was under 230 pounds I believe. I have no idea how big Maybin actually is, and its very encouraging that hes bulking up (and talking to guys like Phelps and Landry). But this thread is infinitely misleading, and I hope im just missing something that proves that Maybin actually is 250 pounds. Because that article (or that picture not infrom the article) certainly dont say that he is
Wat First of all its 21 pounds (which he didnt even gain that much). Consisting of water, glycogen, fat, and muscle. In 5 months that's not terribly difficult. You're talking < 1 pound a week
Everyone says everyone is juicing. You can achieve this through natural bodybuilding especially if you are taking in 6000 calories a Day.
Anyone, no matter what size, will have veins popping everywhere after an intense workout. You don't have to be on anything to look bigger.
Wow low Bodyfat percentage to, what that basically means, he didnt put on much fat at all so he did indeed put on a good 10-15 lbs of muscle. He is at about 12-14% bodayfat. Thats pretty low considering hes bulking because a lot of guys hit 18% where your abs are completely invisible because of that fat.
