Hughes was good in his last few starts. If he doesd well today I might look at him as a solid #3.

Since the Yankees lost the series against the Braves, they have no momentum against the Mets during their showdown in Queens this weekend. Hopefully it will regain during the 2nd half of the Subway Series.

Momentum is only as good as the next day's starting pitcher. Isn't that right, Suzyn?

Good outing from the Yankees bullpen. They snap the losing streak winning 4-3. The Yankees are making Citi Field look like Yankee Stadium with all the home runs they are hitting there, two more today one from Ibanez and one from Chavez

Obviously it's because of the short porch in RF at Yankee stadium that the Yankees are hitting HRs at Citi Field. Fuckin' wind too.

Good series guys, I would say hopefully we'll see you again but with our bullpen and lack of a lineup it's highly improbably we'll see you before next May. Best of luck and I think we all can take joy in watching the Red Sox go from penthouse to outhouse overnight.

Good series. I was worried Dickey was going to be problematic for our hitters.

Agree on the Red Sox

Another good win. If we ever start hitting average with RISP then watch out as the offense will become even more high powered than it is now
