Insane. I don't believe the Mets finally have a no-hitter.

There was a ball hit Beltran that was fair, but the Ump called it foul.

How about all the calls the Yankees have received throughout the years to win a world series and playoff games ie fan reaching over and the umps calling it a homerun. And many more. Should put an asterisk on those championships.

It's nice that the guy who finally did it was an elite-type pitcher who worked so hard to get back on the mound, rather than a nobody.

Well no matter how this season ends, I guess this will be a season remembered forever. I really thought the Mets would never get a no hitter. Its finally over.

This is the exact thing my father said. He goes -I for sure thought it would be some Chris Schwinden type.-

Yankee fan poking his head in here.

So many great Met pitchers have come so close but a real class guy gets it...congrats to him and Met fans for getting that monkey off their back. Interesting season.

This no hitter might be the best sports moment of my life. It's sad and beautiful at the same time. The Jets beating the Pats in the divisional round two years ago is comparable as to how elated I felt, but the finality of this moment was so intense. Finally something great to celebrate.

Does anybody have Howie Rose's call in the 9th inning? I would kill to hear that.

I've been saying I felt Dickie is due for one, and I am going to the game tomorrow. Im going with two friends, one mets fan and a cards fan, I was saying too bad we didn't pick tonight's game to go to, but there will definitely be a buzz at the stadium tomorrow.

I dont have it but they just played it on ESPN Sportscenter. I am sure it will be repeated in following runs of the show.

I expect Citi to start getting crowded now, something like this will draw the fans out of hiding. Besides the team is 29-23 and deserves home field advantage with a loud crowd.
