Tortorella needs to show some guts and scratch Del Zotto for game 3. Three post hits in one game? He is pathetic.

Horrible....really horrible. Every year you see guys that score a ton during the season and tank in the playoffs. But at least they give it a good effort. If you recorded the game you have to watch him go after the puck....fucking laughable.

Torts is going to do what really good coaches do...his time will suffer.

Good game. Series tied 1-1. Headed back to Verizon Center. I told you guys hitting the post sucks. Rangers had good chances tonight. I expect things to open up even more in DC.

Hey..its the playoffs...shit happens. Not nervous at all about this series. They played a pretty good game. They will win this series.

You should really go back to only posting about tickets.

Watching the post game...i find it friggin hysterical about all the praise Hunter receives for sitting AO and just playing him 13 minutes. As a ranger fan..keep it up...sit him even more.

Yup. It's frustrating to lose when we're far and away the better team, but we knew this wasn't going to be easy.

Hopefully someone sends Carlson a message early in Game 3. If the refs are going to ignore his blatant diving, then the Rangers have to do something about him.

Torts stop needs to stop fucking with the Hagelin - Richards - Gaborik line and the Kreider - Stepan - Callahan line
it was too much tweaking out there

Totally agree. I get the frustration with Gab...but leave the Callahan with Krieder alone. That made no sense other than to get the kid on the ice even more...but then two seconds later you see Calli with Gab...didnt understand that at all.

Whoa whoa whoa. Lets see what happens in DC. Caps are a #7 seed, but are much better than that.

Totally agree...while I felt good going into game 7 against the Sens...I like this matchup much more.

And I love the Dale Hunter sending messages to AO and keeping him off the ice. Dumb..dumb..and dumber. He is a shooting machine against the Rangers..and 13 minutes he played? The Rangers had plenty of chances and plenty of posts.

I hear you DK and its hockey..you never know..but the Rangers look just fine against them. They will take at least 1 in Washington.

They haven't shown it so far this series. And they don't match up well at all with the Rangers.

If the Rangers lose this series, it'll be because of their own huge mental breakdowns. That's how they lost tonight, but they almost never have two in the same game like they did tonight.

And bad job by Tortorella giving Boyle 15:20 and Anisimov only 4:56. Arty was strong in Game 1 and looked solid in the limited ice time he got tonight. Torts' overuse of Boyle hurt us at times in the regular season, it can't happen in the playoffs. Not when he's coming back from a concussion.

Im not even kidding...So far through two games Ottawa looks better to me. Yeah, the Rangers lost...But I was not as angry as the first loss to Ottawa.

In the first round Rangers had to overcome the slapshots and Anderson

In the second round the Rangers have to overcome the blocked shots and Ovechkin on PP.

So many times Holtby missed the puck out there

You do realize that he has more hits against the post than he does against Caplital players? That is acceptable?
