No, you're putting words in my mouth again. My argument is that being in the NFL doesn't mean you're automatically good at judging other players' talents.

    last 5 games

    1. he threw for about 200 and rushed for about 100 on the Patriots and multiple Tds , no one caught up to anything, they just blasted the Denver D.

    2. Played well for 3 quarters (I mean he was still driving up and down the field at the start of the third!) until Denver went down 13 then had a terrible 4th quarter, bad decisions playing outside the base offense caused the 4th quarter crap .
    3. Kansas city chiefs also stopped the packers so beating Denver 7-3 was not a big surprise.

    4. Steelers went all in against the run and tebow ran for 50 yards and a TD against 9 in a box, oh yeah he also threw for 316 and a couple more Tds. no one caught up to anything.

    5. Patriots went up 35-0 Denver offense did not even have a chance.

are you forgetting denver was the worst team in the NFL in the previous 2 years before Tebow became the starter and they had a record of 7-24?

You guys talk like Tebow took over the 85 bears or something LOL, DENVER SUCKED

I also believe Romo is where he should be, he did not even get into the playoffs last year!

and last but not least its not a tebow debate thread on whether he is good or not. its a thread showing that the NFL players do think he is REAL good.

^Are you really boasting about 200 passing yards against (at the time) historically the single worst pass defense in the history of the National Football League?

I do not have an argument. I am stating a fact that in your delusional mind you think is not true. Here is the fact:

THE NFL PLAYERS VOTED IN TIM TEBOW AS ONE OF THE TOP 100 PLAYERS IN THE NFL.

You can argue against it, clench your fist and pump them at the sky, say NFL players are idiots and fools and that you can analyzed talent better than them, you can say whatever you want but....

IT WONT CHANGE ACTUAL REALITY , THERE IS NO ARGUMENT AS THE FOLLOWING IS FACTUAL:

THE NFL PLAYERS VOTED IN TIM TEBOW AS ONE OF THE TOP 100 PLAYERS IN THE NFL.

and the most retarded thing on this entire thread is you saying Gruden is a football guru that can tell real QB talent and within 30 seconds had a response showing you Gruden loves tebow and thinks he is a great football player. Now that was retarded.

You were trying to imply that he played well and the 1-5 record was not his fault. It's not that hard to read through the lines...

For 2011 (on the criteria for voting ) yes.

As an analyst explained in 2011 he was 1 of 8 QBs that advanced to the divisional playoff round round and he did have six 4th quarter comebacks on a team that was dog shit before he was inserted as starter (1-4 in 2011 and 7-24 in previous 31 games).
Since Erick Decker, McGahee, Champ Bailey, Von MIller and Brian Dawkins all went on record saying he did energize the team and he did make the locker room gel and he did lead them ....then yes. The answer for 2011 is yes. Even though he did not play great at times he did make those around him better and his team mates admitted as much.

Welp, the NFL players must be mostly retarded or something. Clearly they aren't basing it on skill or stats, or playoff wins or anything that matters. They're just like, "oh, he's a great guy and had that magic carpet ending to last year's season". No credibility lol. Everyone just hates the Jets. Peep the signature. Sanchez is solid, and primed to break out this year.

I agree with Adrian Wilson. But I don't feel like arguing anymore, as it doesn't really matter. I like the guy and he has a GREAT attitude and is a winner, and I hope he succeeds on the Jets.

With that being said, I want Sanchez to be the starting QB the entire season. I still believe that he can and WILL be our franchise QB. Most disagree, but I have faith that Sanchez and the Jets will succeed and win the SuperBowl at least once before Sanchez is gone.

You are better than this. On number #2 the Broncos were down 12 with 13 minutes left, a comeback the team had made before and Tebow threw back to back picks sixes to put the game out of reach.

#3, come on you are also better than that. The Chiefs beat the Packers so it was no surprise they beat the Broncos and the Denver offense only put up 3? Really, this is the NFL where any given Sunday, the this team beat that team logic doesn't hold up. The Pats swept the Jets who swept the Bills who split with the Pats. See what I mean?

No. I am not keeping track, I have no use for an opinion that is as unbearably biased as the ones that are made for Tebow.

Most, notice I did not say ALL this time, people who post that opinion either fall under the category above, or post it because they are only looking at his work in a specified role.

When you take the expectations and failures and even successes out of the equation, what you are left with is a body that can do alot of things well, that when combined together form a playing style that finds a way to get the job done.

Thats alot to ask out of one person, unfortunately when you take on that much, you are bound to fail more often then someone who has less to do, thats the way of the world. And what do people remember...failure. And rightfully so in the NFL.

The difference now is that the Jets see him in this way, they will use him in roles where he can succeed with those strengths that I mentioned, rather than setting him up for failure by asking him to do to much like Denver did, he can be great when used correctly but asking him to do it all, well hes not that good.

This isnt college, its the NFL.

U didn't know when Denver won it was all Tebow but when they lost it was someone else fault. Like the Pats where up 35-0 on Denver but I guess Tebow never got the until they scored 5 tds
