I like him, but he didn't really play safety much in college and I wonder about his ability to cover man to man in the pros. He's good in run support though, as long as Rex isn't going to have him man up on a WR or the elite TEs I think he has a spot on this team.
Wow. That highlight reel made my mouth water. Jets have been known in prior years to get late picks to pan out. I really feel Antonio Allen, Demario Davis, Bush, RGII and Ganaway have some serious potential to become key contributors within their first two years. Add those guys on top of us getting Coples who was projected to go top 10 all year and a lighting fast deep threat who can block I'm a happy camper. Anyone complaining about this draft really needs to get a clue and let Mike T do his job :jets:
agreed. I believe Mayock had him at 101 on his rankings. amazing that he fell all the way to the seventh. Revis, Cro, Landry and Allen is a great secondary.
