ends up with Osweiler. He's an enigma, wonder if Manning can fix that?

All of this sounds really good. Folk has been a little troubling for me. Hopefully we have something here.

B.McKnight is camp fodder. Folk isn't going anywhere.

Steed, Dowtin, Fletcher and Roy (in that order) are listed in draftcountdown.com's list of top UDFAs.

Dowtin is another guy not drafted probably because he was charged with 2nd degree assault for a bar fight a couple years back.

Amazing how a guy like Michael Brewster C from Ohio St. goes from top ranked center at one point to undrafted FA in 6 months.

I think we have 3 or 4 guys that could make the active roster, I could def see Steed making the roster as well as Roy and Harrison. Dowtin was one of those guys that could get drafted and McKnight has the chance to beat out Folk. He has a stronger leg but for some reason Westhoff has never really valued that, he never has guys that just boom it into the EZ. With the new rule change it makes sense but before that I never understood.

apparently there is some kind of new rule here that we must discuss chris polk's risk of injury and supposedly degenerative shoulder in every thread.

Hill, Ganaway, and Griffin all played in option offenses in college.

    Coincidence? LOL

harrison is a prototypical run stopping NT. Steed looks like he could stick as CB. Robinson is more of a OLB than a DE. Downtin is kind of interesting and could prove to be a ST guy.

Oh yea, like that will happen on the Jets. Attitude control is not one of the organization's strengths right now.

  14. Harrison likely competes with MTV for a reserve NT spot...that could be fun to watch. Steed was considered a mid round pick & his strength is man coverage. Can he beat out Lankster & Posey?

I think Steed does beat those guys out. I also think MTV will get cut (the only UNLV player on the Jets right now and it breaks my heart) . I like Harrison better as a reserve.

First The Terminator and now The Duke. This roster is stacked with action heroes.

I'm not really sure how female sheep are going to address this situation. We should probably do a poll. :breakdance:

Why not? He's terrible. One of these days we're gonna find someone better... and it's obvious that it won't be a veteran FA (God forbid we spend money to get a decent P and K, that's kind of important when you run a G&P)

Very happy with all of these signings, as well as McKnight. This was a weird draft, a lot of guys that seemed like sure things dropped far or went undrafted.

Hopefully McKnight or another kicker can send Folk packing.

We also seem to have added these guys:

    Pashaun Brown, RB, Maine
    Josue Ortiz, DL, Harvard (TRYOUT)
