Yeah, and these same players voted Romo like #91 and Chris Johnson #100 I know you were being sarcastic, but I hope so. Gotta move up one more division, play my ass off, and hope for an invite. Probably won't happen, but I'll never let go of my dream.
Do you realize eli manning threw TWENTY FIVE interceptions in 2010...do you think since he led the league in interceptions maybe thats the reason he was not voted in? do you even watch football?
You should totally tell them they don't know shit about football like you do, and also hang on to that dream.
Hey man I take it back if you actually have a shot, seriously... props to you bro , in all seriousness, don't give up the dream man especially if you have talent.
No I would not . Romo is the 2nd highest rated QB in NFL history, the Cowboys lost 5 double digit 4th quarter leads last year. If Romo gets any support the Cowboys would be 12-4 every year and deep inot the playoffs. Every year Romo has two bad games and that's all you hear about on ESPN for the entire year. So because the cowboys did not make the playoffs yes, Romo belongs at 91 but I am not trading him for anyone . But this is not a thread about Romo its a thread about Tebow and how his peers voted him in.
Why not he a winner... Correct me if I'm wrong but doesnt Tebow and Romo have the same amount of playoffs wins in there career?
Can't tell if you're joking, but if not, thanks. I hope it happens, but having 3 torn ACLs the last 3 years and having osteoarthritis in my right knee doesn't help my chances, and really didn't help with my recruiting. I went from having a 3.7 GPA and Interest from Princeton to having a 2.3 GPA and interest from no one. My knee injuries obviously hurt me in football, but the lack of elevators at my school (my classes were on 2nd and 3rd floors) screwed up my grades. Not trying to act like an e-thug, just saying that no one would want to even touch me with a pole if they found out about my knees.
Apologies RPooner, but I've been a Jet-Junkie since '67 & have seen numerous Jet player moves that I didn't agree with yet signed on & remained optimistic it would work out. Some moves did; some didn't but continued on. But NEVER, EVER have I been more P#SSED-OFF than when they traded for Te-Blow(me)! Besides his questionable "cue-bee" skillz, lack of experience & overall unproven to date, playoff leadership, I believe my beloved JETS blew it BIG TIME! Yes...I admit that I AM a Te-BLOW(me) HATER! Of course I hope he brings something positive to the Jets, but I just not FEELIN' this move! As far as your assinine statement regarding "players not in agreement with my genius opinions" , I never purport that I am some sophisticated, so-called expert on ALL things Jets. What I am is an ol'-school, been-to-Shea, NY JETS fan who has missed numerous weddings (1 where I was the best man), funerals, hot dates(w.even hotter women) just to to see my Jets! As a JET fan for 45, long-@ss & mostly BRUTAL years, I EARNED the right to voice my OPINION as well as disagreeing with ANY JET personnal move. Sauce that bruh' !
NFL palyers that actually play against him do not agree with you . I understand you hate the move but you should not hate the fact that a Jet is on the list (along with other Jets) .
You been here n' there, that's cool. But you never played in the NFL, and the players say your "Te-blow me" is straight hater bullshit. But it's all good, one of us will be right..we both should expect to get called out.
You make a good point but I have never said Tebow is a great QB. Romo is a great QB , however I'll trade anyone else on the team for him except D-Ware , so take your pick .
Yeah it sucks, but whatever, all I can do is try and get better. Only draw I'd have to possible scouts is where I went to school. My school was one of the worst in the state, but I played against a lot of NFL talent (7 players from my county this draft, including Janoris Jenkins). Hoping to keep the pattern going.
We still need to hear from the rest of the crew, #1 Jets Fan and Fightin'JetsTitan made their due appearances already, the rest need to step up.
