Realistically, what do you think are the odds the jets code trade up inot 4 or 5? What would it take?
Usually, to trade a pick next year for one this year, you've got to give up a pick a round earlier than you're getting.
If the Jets are going to trade up today I'd prefer they use guys like DeVito and Hunter who are likely on the way out anyway as trade chips. Hell, maybe even Bart Scott ...
You think? I don't know what the precedent is, but I would guess more like a future 4th and this year's 6th. That seems reasonable.
Its a pick 1 round earlier the following year as a starting point and as we could only give up a 6th this year it would need to be sweetened I think with something more
I'm hoping the Jets have their eyes on a sleeper Safety in round 5. disregard, forgot we gave out 5th awy
Didn't realize how many offensive players the Dolphins picked up until ESPN brought it up. QB,RB,TE,OT amongst their five picks & they've got new coach so I'm assuming it'll be a different offensive scheme/philosophy too.
This round is dragging longer than the other rounds already. What's the point of having less time to pick if they are going to take fucking ages to announce the player?
