That's essentially my thought as well, the last thing this team needed was another "lazy" player. And of course the Steelers ruin my night by taking my player.

Rex Ryan says that Coples will primarily play on the left side... draws parallel to Shaun Ellis. #nyj

Everybody please stop saying that Coples will be a OLB.. He is Devitos replacement. Now devito will be coming off the bench like he should be.

I guess Belichick finally learned to go get a couple of guys with star potential rather than taking 10 backup-level players.

That is just horrible. I loved Hightower too.

I can't even root for the kid now, I hate when I really like a player and they go to an AFC East rival.

    That just sucks.

Maybe he realized that his defense blows and that he won't win a superbowl with that defense.

Look folks - nobody knows who will pan out and who will bust from this draft. We will know three years from now. And the draft isn't made in the first round. It is made when you get quality players with 2nd and 3rd day picks. The Jets still have 9 picks. The Pats have 2.

I like Hightower more than Jones for the Pats. Wish we could get some young LBs.

Don't forget Maybin rotating in as well. It's not terrible.

Would love to see us make a move for Upshaw, adding him to Coples would give us two starters and finally solve the pass rush problem 100% at long last.

Somewhere, Roethlesburger is celebrating. And in the same location, a poor girl is getting raped.

Better Hightower than Harrison Smith as a Pat.

Now if Smith is a Giant than Ill be livid.

Rex on Coples: "He's going to have his hand in the dirt." Won't be a stand-up LB. #nyj

It surprises me we went DE they seemed to take care of the D-Line last year. Guess they weren't happy with DeVito.

Rex - "Vern had to go from his hand in the dirt to standing up. This man will have his hand in the dirt and go get the QB

Coples will be our DE with Wilk and Pouha in the middle. gonna be a mean D line... whoever said he is gonna be a OLB should shut it

Coples is going to be able to set the edge for us. He is a huge upgrade from shitty Devito.

Mercilus gone. Perry is my only top pass rusher left.

Also, gotta love the potential of having Coples and Wilkerson as our bookend DEs for the next decade or so, with hopefully Ellis in the middle once Pouha's done.
