I'd rather take a shot on a potential over-achiever than a dude who takes games/plays off. That's a crappy, universal knock to have on the guy.

Coples and Mo Wilk are going to be our DEs... Pouha in the middle.

Can Gruden stop saying Melvin Ingram will return kicks in the NFL?

Everyone said his biggest knock is motivation and a true passion for football

Rex Ryan and Bart Scott will change that shit

Also they seem him as an OLB/DE Hybrid we run 4-3 sets and he'll mainly rush the passer so I'm not worried about him in coverage

Still don't know whether they are gonna put him at DE or OLB, I'm excited about his potential at least.

He's playing OLB its pretty set in stone. They tried him out as an OLB and must have liked him there. His motivation is lacking but thats why we brought Tebow :)

That sounds like a pretty awesome D-Line.

So Devito will be the backup NT and Kenrick Ellis will see 2-3 snaps a game?

That's my problem unless you truly think Coples can adjust as an OLB.

Dude, coaches coach, evaluators evaluate. If Rex indeed made this pick Tanny should be fired tonight.
Enough with sucking Rex's dick in talent evaluation... I don't think he had all that importance in the Ravens drafts...

REx is a great coach but, like all great coaches, he thinks he can coach up the uncoachable. Exactly the mistake MAngini made with Gholston.

Fuck Ingram.. I wanted OL but apparently we're just going to continue to ignore that position. There is no way we should have passed on DeCastro and I don't care if we have Brandon Moore and Slausan. DeCastro has the potential to be better then both of them.

You could still imply that Coples will be a great player, I put that in there intentionally.

How can you say anybody is going to be a great player? You can't, they haven't played a snap in the NFL.

You are missing the point though.

Actually you literally took the least important part of my entire post and quoted it.

    Nice.

Not big enough to play 34 DE, he will be a 34 OLB. He probably is the most polished pass rusher in the class, but I think most of us would have preferred Ingram. There has to be a reason we passed on him. I'm hoping Stephen Hill falls to us in the second round. He looks like a monster. SD must have seen something we didn't in Ingram.

This kid did NOTHING n the ACC. Zilch, nada, zero. All of tese UNC us drafted bc of Btch Davis's U Miam success and NONE have been worth shit.

Then you add that this kid doesn't give it his all and he is a WASTE. This is the worst I have felt in YEARS.

NO DeVito is the starter, Coples will be our pass rusher off the edge, there is a reason Rex had him do Linebacker drills in the workouts
