I was with you till you picked Jones... I would have taken Hightower, but that's just me.

And your 20th pick to the Titans... The Saints are not giving up Mark Ingram!

All that talent and a trade down? Sorry WW85 but I would cringe.

I don't see how we risk not taking Floyd or even one of the OLBs at 16.

While I think the majority of Jet fans want us to trade down, I see us going the other way sadly.

I think this is what he believes will happen, not what he wants (I hope).

I would love a trade like that in principle - I just don't think it's how Tanny works. I have a weird feeling we might be trading up.

Awesome work. The trade scenario is good, and am hoping they do trade down.

    What OLB talent at 16.

    Ingram, Upshaw???

I like both players, but they're not locks to be better than Jones.

All these DE/OLB players have risks

If I could get another Rd 3 & 5 pick and get Jones, that's a great deal

    I'd go with that.

I think you missed the Eagles trading up for Fletcher Cox though. I think that's the single most likely trade up on draft day.

I'd be happy with either Jones, Hightower or Martin on the 23 after the trade down.

I heard on NFLN that the Lions are scared to death not getting Gilmore or Kirkpatrick.

Also, I have a good friend who lives in Port Huron, Mich and he's hearing, on local radio, the Lions are looking to move past Cincy to get a CB.

As much as I don't like Ingram, I'd rather take him at 16 than trade back for Jones. If we did trade down I'd rather have Perry or Upshaw. I guess differences in opinion.

Maybe I'm heartbroken that Floyd wasn't picked since I like him so much for this team or that I didn't see Hightower selected in the trade down.

I don't hate Jones I just get so hesitant about guys who shoot up draft boards who haven't had that much production.

I don't see the Jets trading down with both Floyd and Ingram on the board. If they are gone, maybe but very doubtful with them available as in your mock.

I don't like the idea of passing on Floyd but couldn't be disappointed if this is how it plays out.

That's a possibility, I've heard the Eagles love Cox.

Gilmore makes some sense, it could be DRC's last season as an Eagle and he's the BPA.

I guess I'm different than most who make mocks.

If I went with my heart, I'd be drafting Hightower. This isn't what I want, it's what I think the Jet's might do tonight. The Lions' rumor is very strong and to get a 3rd, 5th & next years 4th for 7 picks....is a good deal and probably still get the player they would've drafted at #16.

btw, I love the trade-back with Detroit. That would be a nice glut of picks to get to move back only 7 places

I'd rather Hightower if we went back to 23. You're far more knowledgeable than me about the draft WW, but I think Hightower is going to be a versatile play maker. David Harris and Dont'a Hightower, that would be sick. Weren't you mocking him to us at 16 a couple of weeks ago?

I understand where you're coming from, I try and do the same when I make a mock in not being bias.

I'd be all for that trade down , adding those picks is ideal, I just would rather us take someone different at 23 but with the recent interest in him as well as hype I see why you took Jones in a trade down.

Any interest of trading back into the first or up in the second with those added picks?
