It's over the top for sure, but no one expected four QB's in the top twelve last year as well. Locker and ponder where widely seen as second round values leading up to the draft. The only sure thing leading into tonight is that someone, or multiple players, are going to go higher than any of us expect.

If we draft Irvin at 16- especially with Kuechly and Cox still on the board, Tanny will be fired before rd 2.

I have a number of reservations about this mock. I can't see:

1)the Eagles trading up for Tannehill.
2)the Dolphins taking Osweiler that high.
3)the Pats trading up that far for Ingram.
4)the Jets taking Irvin that high.
    5)Cox being taken that late.
6)Weeden, Cousins, and Osweiler being taken in the first round. But you never know...
7)Sanu going in the first round. And I like Sanu, but in the 2nd round...

He wont get past round 3. Furthermore word is a decent amount of teams gave him a first round grade.

    From another board:

"Tonight on Path to the Draft Michael Lombardi, one of the most respected NFL insiders in the buisiness, reported that Bruce Irvin has been flown in, via helicopter, to a team facility for a secret private workout. During the workout Irvin was promised by the team that he was going to be their first round pick."

Edit: Rumors say it's the 49ers...

He won't be there in round 3. Might not even be there in round 2. Stock is on the rise.

This draft is still awful, but it is funny that he was the highest I've seen on Irvin and almost got it right

Also nailed Weeden. But Osweiler and Adams in the top 10 equal those two out. Also, why the heck would the Eagles have traded up for Tannehill?
