well with the release of the 2012 schedule, its comes the times when we will remember a beloved poster and great friend Pats Hater.i again will be coordinating the Tailgate in his honor inviting past and present posters of TGG.com and all who came in contact with Chris. the Tailgate will take place on Monday October 8th against the Houston Texans.Ironic enough that is Columbus Day when 2 years ago lots of posters got to meet Chris in person and find out what a truly good guy chris was. We will again be collecting funds to support Chris wife Stephanie and his 3 boys Caden Roan & Quinn.if you had never met Chris or are new to this board but are interested in meeting up with fellow posters for a good cause,i suggest you get aquatinted with the people on here now.all that come are expected to contribute to the tailgate AND the Fund. Again this is about Chris memory and our support for his family and our love for J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS.So please lets keep his memory alive and have a kick ass time. and also ridicule some opposing fans in the process. 17a
8TH October- party central. Come and join us and have something to talk about for the rest of the year!
Ill be home, I was considering going to the Texans game. If I go to the game, ill definately make it to the tailgate.
Taking my extra ticket this year? We can lay the smackdown on the Texans fans, has to be better than the Pats fans we dealt with last year
I would just like to say I hope you all have a blast unfortunately i won't be able to make it...wedding that weekend..already spoke with Scotland Jet and he is getting giddy! I would like to contribute to the fund for the family as I know how hard it is to lose a parent as a kid. If you are setting a fund up I can wire something..if not I am over for the Bills and a host of Mets game so can possibly pass cash across. I think its a great sign of what this board is that you all do this for the Family and also for the brotherhood.
I echo Maynard. I won't be able to get over but more than happy to contribute to the fund for the family
just want to drop a bomb on people.we have retired the old tailgate spot.we have all upgraded to yellow parking passes.i have already scouted out the new spot and guarantee it is within pissing distance of the train and stadium.i will tell of the location after we give it a few test runs in the preseason and 2 regular season games.
Dam, one week before and I may have been able to make. I have a wedding in Jersey Sept 29, wonder if I can somehow finagle a week off in Jersey to make it. I would love to meet up with you guys. I still remember 17 A's Deep Fried Turkey from the Bears game in 06. Tasty stuff. That being said I am planning on doing the Seahawks game in Seattle so if any of you guys wanna head West let me know.
I wouldn't miss it for the world. I applaud the upgrade to a parking area within reasonable walking distance. I'll try to bring a bottle of liquor that doesn't have dissolved bits of cork in it this time.
I hope you've also ensured that it has good amberlamps access routes, and will benefit from strategically placed piles of snow to cushion the inevitable headfirst swan dive?
