Unbelievable collapse for the Mets in the 9th - Francisco sucks, and Rauch gets the game-ending popup, only to have Tejada and Nieuwenhuis let it fall between them for a tying "double".

Actually the real blame goes to Collins - Pelfrey was cruising (a 6-pitch 8th inning) and had only thrown 102 pitches, yet he pulled him to put in that piece of garbage Francisco.

Giants give it back in the bottom of the 9th - Huff forgets to cover 2nd on an easy DP, and Posey throws away the ball to allow the winning run to come in.

That was honestly the worst walk-off win I think I have ever seen hahaha. First we get the Luis Castillo popup sequel and then we win like that? whatever i'll take it.

At least we are still above .500!!! BTW how shit does Francisco look lately..that pitch to Posey i think I could have hit it...

Anyway my target of above .500 before my Astros schedule may hold up...

had to laugh at cost of astros tickets 3 x Mets games for $38 total...

Yeah, they draw nobody now that they suck. Just the way it goes. I still wish I had a pro team in Vegas. No fun driving 3 1/2 to 4 hours to watch the Angels or Dodgers. I hate Dodger Stadium. Awful traffic and lots of gangbangers at their games. Anaheim is much nicer and a more family feel with lots to do around the park. Their tickets are expensive but I guess somebody has to pay for Wilson, Wells, Pujols, Morales and Haren. IMO nothing is better then a day game in San Francisco though, still the best park I've ever been to.

    I'd rank em like this

    San Fran
    Camden Yards
    Petco
    Houston
    Coors

I've been to a few others actually everything west of the Mississippi except Texas. I just like these the best.

I went to Coors Field this summer. The view behind the left field wall was amazing

Nationals Park is nice, with an impressive view of the Capitol Building. Fenway Park is surprisingly pleasant for its age. Wrigley Field is an even bigger dump than the old Yankee Stadium was in 1973, which is saying a hell of a lot.

At this point it's obvious that God is just screwing with the Mets. Nolan Ryan, Tom Seaver, Dwight Gooden, and David Cone are one thing, but Philip Humber? Are you kidding me?

This just isn't fair. Watch Mike Pelfrey will be the one to end the Mets sorrows lol. It'll be fitting.

WTF a 4:10 game and 7:10. 6 straight hours of baseball? double admission (1 ticket gets you into both games). I wish I could go, would be sick to go to the first game, take a break around queens then go back in for the 2nd game.

You can't do that - once you leave the building there is no readmission (that's true in every stadium/arena - if it wasn't, people could just pass tickets back outside to other people and they'd be able to also get in).

Batista getting shelled. Even Lincecum is going to have a hard time blowing this lead.
