Gee pitched well and again the bullpen got back on track..

Lets hope this team can hold it together as I may have something to look forward to for my end of season trip over!!

The Mets are going to give a video tribute to Reyes when he comes back. Hahaha, what a joke.

I loved the at bat Davis had last night when he got his 3 run homer. YOu could see It pissed him off that Hansen had thrown 4 strait curves, Ike just had this look on his face, like "I dare you to throw one more curve". The next pitch was another curve and Ike put it about 430 feet. He did not even smile at first, just started his home run jog.

I did not see this coming! I am very happy with the 7-3 start. It's a long season but they have started off strong! Got to love it!

I actually agree, I didn't like making him manager at first but he's a good one. Most definitely better than Manuel.

no, this is the correct thread.

The announcers thought the humidity would be good for Dickey, actually.

Well, those starters certainly went quickly from extremely effective to totally ineffective. Gotta hope for a split against SF from Friday through Monday.

I'm not too scared of the Giants. Their kinda like the Phillies: very good pitching but not that good hitting. We can defenetly split the 4 game series with them, maybe even take 3 out of 4.

Mets bullpen has been terrible lately. Francisco is awful.
