I see McElroy getting cut..the Jets would have less than 50k in dead money if they did and I am sure they hate him for that radio show he did after the end of last season. Stanton would become number 3.

If we are to believe after-season reports of injuries to both Sanchez and Tebow during the season then maybe keeping both Stanton and McElroy isn't a bad idea. Yesterday Stanton learned never to believe Tannenbaum.

I'm so tired of hearing that McElroy should get the boot for opening his mouth. When you institute a run your mouth policy then you take the good with the bad. McElroy's statements allowed the Jets to start fresh instead of drizzling the locker room discontent into this coming season. Hopefully Rex learned that a little less noise might be good.

 

I'd hope that Tanny is now looking to move Stanton for another late round or conditional pick.

 

If they cut Stanton and mess up my chances of getting a Stanton jets Jersey then I'll be even more mad at tebow. Drew H's too cool for school!!

Yes I know this isnt so important but,

 

If I were him I would legitimately refuse to believe anything Tanny says. Those that think we will get a 4th for him are dreaming.
Why in Gods name did we screw with him and get him in the first place.

I didn't realize Tanny 'promised' him he'd be the #2 and we weren't going after any other QB's until Boomer and Carton asked him about it, man this just keeps getting better and better. He has every right to want out, hell at this point Sanchez should ask out too.

tanny announced it last night on the conf call and then again today in the interviews he stated that Sanchez is the QB1 and Tebow is QB2

 

Good. McElroy deserves to be #3. We don't need Stanton.
