I bet your Jim Jensen reference flew right over most people's heads. But good call.

I'll support tim tebow; the guy had the balls to dive head first into the chaos that is the New York Jets locker room, when it is considered toxic by many. For that I give him props and i will support him since he is a jet now.

Will you guys who think Tebow is going to help this team with the running game please stop, it shows how little you know about football, the Jets needed to strengthen their offensive line.

Tim Tebow needs an offensive line to block for him, where is he going to run when Wayne hunter cannot run block for him and the opposing DT is in the backfield? Did you guys see what Bill Bellichick did to him in the playoffs? He shut him down!!!

I'm all for him to be used in the Wildcat. Sparano did wonders with Ronnie Brown who could barely throw and Tebow can somewhat throw. I also really like the option we have of using Tebow at the goal line. He always seems to find the end zone or first downs in short yardage situations.

    Only time will tell.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
    I pray to Mark Sanchez my quarterback to keep;
But if Sanchize is benched before I wake,
I pray Tebow's wildcat will ease the ache.

Tebow has a phenomenal work ethic, unlike Sanchez. I hope the Jets do the right thing and make him the immediate starter.

Yup. I was the same way. The draft, trading low draft picks for Holmes and braylon, getting Cro which was worth a 2, locking up our core players. I'm having a tough time now.

Jet fan for twenty years. This trade brought me here. I always thought Sanchez was good and it was the Schottys fault. But the way that team fell apart, I got excited today by Tebow. Worst locker room in all of sports and now a leader is coming. Trade Sanchez go full ground and pound, old school fights.

And I would disagree with anyone who says this is not Jetlike. We have always been the underdogs and hated. Everyone hates Tebow and he still wins, that fact that he is nice... is really just a kick to the balls. It's a nasty time, being the good guy, is being the rebel. And being a fullback qb is too. This has win and f you written all over it. Trade Sanchez for some defense. Come at me bro.

Stupid move by the dumbest franchise in the NFL. This is the death-knell to Tebows NFL career.

If he scores a TD, I'll be happy for the Jets scoring...

And the blockers who gave him the chance to run.

    But not Tebow.

This whole day felt like a classic Tim Tebow 4th quarter comeback. What is it about the guy that makes everything so exciting?! LOL

Mario will NEVER be a #1 QB...have you seen him throw? There's just no place on the team for Mario.

i absolutely, 100% agree with this move.

The fact is that Sanchez is a dick and sucks at playing quarterback for the New York Jets. At the very least this will light a fire under Sanchez and start making him take his job seriously. Furthermore, Tebow will be used almost exclusively as a wildcat QB meaning that he'll be seeing less than 10 snaps a game - hardly the gamechanger all the whiners and complainers think he'll be.

With that said, I'll be the first person calling for Tebowmania once Sanchez starts sucking.

so the #2 qb is a virgin and the #2 cb has 9 kids by 8 mothers.
i'd say the locker room is balanced out quite nicely.

i am for the trade.between timmy and mark we have 2 years to deveope a franchise qb.
