Understandably people will go crazy if something goes wrong with Sanchez but I have faith that our organization wont fold. If you look at this trade, Rex was the driving force in acquiring Tebow, Rex happens to be Sanchez's #1 supporter, if the organization follows what Rex does/wants we will keep Sanchez in this starting role and use Tebow in the wildcat whether the fans want it or not. The day Tebow starts over Mark is either A) Mark gets hurt or B) Rex isnt the head coach.
Welcome to the Jets. As odd as this whole thing is, I don't care how they figure it out. Work it out and win. There's a sunshiner for you.

Why feel bad for him? He has been the most babied young QB in the league, he has millions of dollars to console him so I am not worried about his emotional state. This is football, you have to compete and nothing should be taken for granted and the Jets brass have allowed Mark to take his starting job for granted the entire time, no other young QB gets that luxury, why should Mark?
The 'I will support Tim Tebow' Thread I am not thrilled with this acquisition...But he is a backup and better competition for Sanchez. We needed Sanchez to be on toes and hopefully he can. But if you all feel Sanchez's confidence will break with Tebow here then what is the point of even having Sanchez out there during another rough stretch??? Go out there and play angry Sanchez and play with confidence... Tebow hopefully plays as Brad Smith with some passing gadget plays and he can learn. Tebow CHOSE THE JETS even after it was reported that he had a choice between Jags and Jets...He must have been informed about his role by Sparano, Rex, and Tanny...So let him come in here and be part of this team. I didn't want Tebow-mania in NY because of the ridiculous media...But as a passionate and competitive person, he hopefully can inspire a strong mind-set in the locker room... I'll support Tebow on the Jets...Anyone else?
Great News - should be fun to have Tebow come in and add a whole new dimension to this offense. Should be interesting to see what happens next. Funny to read people freaking out for no apparent reason. This guy is a good young football player and a proven winner. The dark siders here just want to hate on the guy for the sake of having something to complain about. Meanwhile the FO got the guy that they wanted a first round pick dual threat qb for a 4th and a 6th. And BTW - THis guy is gonna immediately be like a rock star in NYC, and if starts winning games for the Jets like I think he will - all of you who are complaining now will lining up down at modells to get your Tebow Jerseys!
New offensive coordinator, hopefully no more of the coddling of young Mark. He had over 30TDs last year, but still too many times is an erratic wreck. I HOPE he can be THE MAN. He's got no more excuses. It's put up time....Or TebowTime. lol I can't even say it with a serious face.
Why is it a mess? He's cheap. He's a hell of an athlete. He fits Sporano's offense. Why is it a mess, because Sanchez has pressure? Tough shit. He's a QB in the NFL in NY. He better believe he ALWAYS has pressure.
The Official Tim Tebow Thread So no matter what you think of the guy, he's here for better or for worse. How will the Jets use him? Will he be a backup QB or fill that Brad Smith role with the Wildcat? Although I'm not a fan of the trade or Tebow, I still hope he can contribute to the offense in a positive way. The only thing I'm really worried about is the Tebowmania fans and the FO making this franchise dumb. How can you not notice 5 million dollars and agree to a trade? Still in the end I want Sanchez to remain our QB.
