I think having him would push Mark, something he needs.

    No.

No athlete is as polarizing as Tebow. No one is close.

I think the players on this team might resent the fact that this guy is brought in to bring them closer together. What's he gonna do? Lead the prayer circle? I'm willing to bet my right nut that every player on that team has been brought closer together by the bullshit the media was saying about this team after the season. What motivates people? Telling them they can't do or aren't something.

    Cimini on espn1050 right now:

Jets serious in pursuit. Want him as a change of pace QB, think he adds to the power running game.

Cimini thinks this is Sparano and Rex leading the charge for him. No idea what the compensation they are talking about is right now.

The only way I'd want Tebow is if they make him a running back. Change his number, make him our Aaron Hernandez, whatever. But that can't happen cause some buffoons will want him to throw.

How is putting the wildcat back in play, with a guy that for all intents and purposes took a team to the playoffs, with ONLY that arrow in his quiver a bad thing...? We ran it pretty well with Brad Smith, and Tebow is a far better player.

Guy makes 1 mil a year, and would be able to expand the wildcat in a way that other teams would be forced to spend more prep time than is necessary to defend it.

well he would have several uses in the offense - decoy, HB, TE, pure QB, pure RB, option......

not a bad thing but u have to be very very careful - especially during a 2 minute drill - these personnel changes can disrupt ur rhythm and thats the last thing sanchez needs at this point. he is gonna have to be on the field more as a threat as opposed to actually being in the play.

hey if the jets build a top flight D and have a gimmick ground and pound thing on offense i am all for it.

no higher than a 5th rounder though.

I thought the offense was getting dumbed down for Sanchez?

Now we're making it more complicated?

This is going to work well.

Haha...you are really paniced...you might have to change your picture and handle if cool, suave Tebow puts Sanchez on the bench or - taking a page from your advice - gets traded .

How does adding more wildcat make the offense any more complicated for Sanchez?
