High reward, low risk move. Was promising a few years ago

Wonder if this effects Lloyd ?

Matter of time till Ocho is a FA on the jets radar

Yeah, hopefully this means instead of Lloyd and not in addition to him.

maybe this signing means the Pats are going after Manning as well!!!! best QB tandem ever!

depending on what they have paid and his health this could be a great signing for the Pats (sadly) as he is exactly the kind of smart, versatile player that could really do well in the Pats offense. :(

Obvious counter move to our injury riddled WR FA pickup.

Never able to stay on the field. Wouldn't worry about this signing.

Gonzalez signing is risky. But let's see how this works out. As you never know! A new fresh start might be the trick.

At best hes a #3 wr, their 5th passing target...

Unless they paid him several million, this isnt risky at all

    Very smart signing imo

I dont know how anyone can torch either.

Unless Schillens was brought in to be our #2.

But gonzo is at best their 5th target after welker/lloyd and the TEs

yeah, i was mostly just poking fun.

gonzalez hasn't really played since 2008 and even when he was on the field, he wasn't anything special. just the beneficiary of having peyton as qb.

i just don't consider it a "smart" move. it's low risk financially. but you're not really looking at a "high reward" type player.

His stats his first two years were pretty impressive

Sure he had Peyton @ QB, but now hell have Brady

If hes healthy, its not a bad move, not at all

Of course he hasnt played in ages, so
