Landry & Nelson with Smitty as a backup is fine with me. I doubt Leonhard would come back as a backup or else I would rather have him

 

Not sure why you wouldnt trust Smith doing that. He's a really smart guy, he just lacks physical tools.

 

i'm not saying eric smith is a dumb guy..

but he seems to make a lot of dumb decisions on the field for a smart guy.

 

I see Leonard as being a better mentor for the other guys, and a possible draft pick. You are right, but Smith would definitely be over paid if he is a backup. He hits harder than most other guys, but lacks speed and coverage skills.
