    3-tony bergstrom o.t. o.g.
    4-antonio allen s.s.
    5-tommy streeter w.r.
    6-rhett ellison t.e.

    wouldn't hate that.

    another option:
If decastro doesn't fall to 16 (unlikely anyway) I'd love to see the jets trade down to a late 1st and another early 2nd (or maybe 2 early 2nds) and try to pick up hightower and barron who both seem to be falling.

Martin maybe a reach in round two

I still hate the idea of taking a punter in the draft, we could spend that somewhere else

I like it. Mercilus is growing on me in the first round, mainly because I'm down on Upshaw

I hope one day you explain these picks instead just throwing the same old thread out there.

    One day....

If we can trade down, Curry would be an attractive pick.

Don't like Mercilus i think we need a well rounded LB who doesnt just get to the QB but can play al 3 downs. Mercilus i dont think can do that mcuh rather have ingram or upshaw and if they are gone draft a WR, T-Rich or OL and get curry in round 2

Interestingly we won't know how it plays out until the day, but how does this sound?

#1 Robert Turbin, RB, Utah St.
    #2 Andre Branch, DE, Clemson
    #3 Winston Guy, DB, Kentucky
    #4 Evan Rodriguez, TE, Temple
#5 Robert Blanton, CB, Notre Dame
    #6 Brandon Bolden, RB, Mississippi
#7 Jewel Hampton, RB, Southern Illinois

My predictions are based on a tool I've written that is tracking all the prospects especially with relation to teams and present it in a friendly way.

You can see it yourself: fourthandshort.org/t/jets

That look like complete dogshit and I will leave fandom for this team if our draft looks anything remotely like this.

Why in the fuck would we take a fringe day-2 prospect in rd 1 at a position not near the top of our priority list and THEN proceed to take 2 more players of that same position later? No OL depth, No S, No WR. Any TE we draft is to replace Mulligan for blocking. No way should we be taking a TE before round 6. We have no need for 2 CB on the roster when we need to sing 2-3 more Safeties.

This may be the worst Jets mock on the internet.

Mercilus is the perfect name for an OLB. I'm sold.
