If we lost 9 of 11 not because of injury........then what were we when were 5-2 before losing our starting LT, C, RB, WR, OLB and CB?
And yet besides Fred Jackson, all those starters were JAGS anyway... wouldn't have started for any other team
You had a nice run where you beat one good team at home. You still had Fred Jackson and a bunch of other guys when we thrashed you and that was a week after you shut out Washington.
Enjoy your AIDS, Mario. I'd have no problems with Brick blocking him but they'll probably have him destroy the RT.
Mario Williams isnt going to push this team over. Teams will double him up, they need more firepower than this.
you cannot knock the bills for going out and getting the 2nd best FA available at any position (after Peyton (if healthy)). gz to them, it will be interesting to see how much of a diffrence he makes.
Its a good move for them regardless if they dole out a ton of money. They don't have much cash on the books so they can work with this and it won't cripple their cap even if they overpaid. Their D-line should be one of the best. Not sure where they are as a team.
The teams who sign the 1 big player and are considered winners if free agency never have tree success translate into the season. Its the teams that draft well and make the timely signing that end up doing great. Sign Nelson and Edwards and draft a safety, some linebackers and depth and the team will be fine.
Great move by the Bills. Overpaying for a great QB or a great pass rusher is acceptable. Now we can just hope that he becomes content with life and starts to suck.
