    Per rotoworld.com

I know Jets fans love moving up, but I think this may cause anarchy if it were truly us.

lol the thought of the Jets trading up that far is nothing short of a total mockery

Theres a better chance of us getting Peyton, Vincent Jackson, and Ray Rice than us drafting second overall.

Does anyone think our roster is that good that we could afford to give up about 4-5 draft picks for a position we already have ?

The only drastic QB move thats even a fraction of an option for the Jets is Peyton.

Anything else is just a complete joke

That's some mentally incompetent rotoworld guy's initial guess because he doesn't require any long standing credibility to continue posting bullshit on rotoworld.

Of course it's not us, but if we had #2 who would we even take? I'd want us to trade back to a team needing a qb

why would the Jets mortgage their first round drafts for the next 3 years for 1 player?

Someone must've slipped a roofie into Peter King's coffee.

No f'in way, not a chance. I could see it if we were one impact player away from a superbowl but thinking like that in itself is retarded.

The Patriots could be the team you'd never expect. Maybe they finally want to spend those picks they've been hoarding to take Brady's future replacement.

That's what I would worry about. But I'm not sure the price is worth it for them.

Jets don't have the ammo to move up unless they can find a taker for Sanchez who will give good value.

I figure they'd give Ryan Mallet a sporting chance before trading up for RGIII

So you'd probably never expect the Patriots to be looking at trading up to #2 then?

It amazes me how the genral public has given up on sanchez, we have our QB for the next decade. It would make no sense to move up to take a QB at #2.

If we, for arguments sake, flipped Sanchez to Washington for a 2 or 3 then packaged that pick with our '12 1 & 2 and our '13 1 & 4 for the Rams pick and took RGIII?

I might hate it later, but in the moment I'd be thrilled, especially given the lower cost of rookies these days.

I had a dream the other night that we traded up to #1 and took a corner I'd never heard of. Really upset me!

I dont see the Patriots trading up. Brady and Belichick are on their last wheels and know they need each other to win. I mean Belichick will probably retire when Brady retires, they might retire at the same time. I dont think Belichick gives a rats ass about the Patriots after he leaves.

No, Belichick isn't the "let's make a big splash and trade up in the draft" type.

    Agreed.

Sanchez, barring some major injury, is here to stay.

I doubt he survives another 7 years. I wont be suprised if they dont resign him in 2 years. Lets see where the next 2 seasons take us though.
