At least most Bills fans can remember what it was like to watch their team in the Super Bowl. I doubt that most Jets fans were even alive for the Jets' only SB appearance.
Yep, it's just good to know teams like the Pats and Steelers will compete every single year for the chance to win the Super Bowl.
At least they were there, unlike us, who didn't even make it to the dance... I love how some guys here brag how we were able to get to two consecutive AFC Championship games but when a team actually makes it to the Superbowl (something we haven't done in 43 YEARS!!!) & loses you act like they're garbage (meanwhile they swept us this year). Hey, I'm glad the patsies lost but some of you guys act like 2 year olds.
The Pats have given me my share of heartache over the years (as a season ticket holder I sat through 1-15 and 2-14 seasons). The way I look at it, the Pats still owe me about 10 more years of winning, then I will call it even.
If you can't take pleasure in the misfortunes of the Patriots then too bad for you. Personally I'm having alot of fun with it. :breakdance:
Dude, if she wants to break up over a fucking GAME, then your friend could tell her to "suck it"(and i mean in the "take a hike" sense...lol)
Seeing Bill Belichick losing is the best thing ever, that guy is the biggest scumbag in the NFL and I enjoy seeing him miserable. I still remember him smiling like he won the Super Bowl when they beat us earlier in the season then took a shot at our defense and saying suck my dick. Fuck him
Agreed a fan would be lying if they said they didn't enjoy when a team they didn't like lost. It sure seemed like opposing fans had pleasure in us going 8-8. And to be honest, I would rather the Jets not make the Super Bowl than lose to the Giants in the Super Bowl, twice. That would be worst case scenario for Jets fans.
I don't know why anyone would expect Jets fans not to revel in the disappointment of two on-the-record Jet haters like Brady and Belichick.
That is just a ridiculous comment. The Jets haven't even PLAYED in a Super Bowl in 43 years but you would rather see them not make it because of a possible Super Bowl loss.
Actually I don't think it's that ridiculous, sure I'd love to make the SB just once but if we lost to the VaGiants twice I would be 6 feet under. It's easy for a Pats fan to say no big deal but you don't have to share a stadium with anybody or a city or deal with idiots like Francessa who love to rub salt in our wounds. I was on suicide watch after the 2000 WS and the Mets run a distant 3rd in my support so unless you truly understand don't throw around the 43 years comment unless you understand the life of a Jet fan.
