    I just map quested it----it is around 480 miles away---7 or 8 hour drive----I will consider going that day.

    2 questions

    Has anyone here ever gone to the ceremony before?

    Is it open to the public / do you need tickets ?
    any info appreciated

    Yeah, you have to get tickets. Shouldn't be too bad. This class doesn't have that many big names compared to when I went in 2010 (Emmitt Smith, Jerry Rice, John Randle, Russ Grimm, Dick Lebeau) so you should be able to get them. I am definitely going to be there.

    I don't want to go off topic from Curtis, but how did none of the WR's make it? All are worthy. You'd expect one to get in.

    So for the old school guys, which Jets HOF spent the majority of their career with the Jets: Namath, Maynard, Klecko, and Ewbank...anyone else?

    Congrats to Curtis Martin. Hall of fame !

    There was a thread not too long ago about the Media dislike for the Jets and that Photo on ESPN is just another example of that hatred and disrespect for the New York Jets.
