You mean the one that by his own admission did not know his assignment and gave up what could have been a game winning catch, only to save his own ass by making a desperation poke at the ball at the very last second?

    Yeah, he's a stud.

I can't believe it. Bray4 made a post without using a Jets Insider smilie. This may be the first step toward recovery.

Peyton could fall into our laps but for a different reason. Apparently they might not know what his neck status is until late spring, so teams like the redskins and browns are going to either get a QB in the draft or find one in free agency before Peyton Status is known. Of course a team could pick up Peyton but its a major risk.

I dont even know if its worth pursuing Peyton anymore, just seems to risky. Especially if we fail to get him, Sanchez will question himself and the coaches, we might miss out on other free agents. Hell by June the Jets better know what there team is and not sit around for Peyton.

Apparently tho according to Jason La Canfora, Peyton will be released between the Super Bowl and the Combine. Thats the plan he said. So 2 more weeks...

Well I hope that puts an end to this Manning nonsense and we can now focus on this huge season that Sanchez MUST deliver in.

Honestly, who gives a shit about Sanchez questioning himself. If he cant bring himself to word hard and get better, and if the Manning talk is not motivating him to stop being a waste of a 1st round pick, the guy should be cut on the spot anyway..

Last I checked, Sanchez was supposed to be a football player, not a little bitch. So this babying him and worrying about his feelings gets old...

Curtis Martin says : Give me Peyton Manning

He's entitled to his opinion.....He's wrong but he's entitled to it.

^ Fact is, milcus, that we don't know what Sanchez is thinking right now. For all we know, this has to be pissing him off and that would be a good thing. We need him to motivate his ass to get better....

Maybe Kate can promise him a threesome with Hayden as a reward for becoming an Elite QB or something? lol.

I know, I know.....but when C-Mart of all people says something, we Jets fans pay attention.

There are very few people anywhere who have seen even one football game in their lives that wouldn't take a healthy Peyton Manning if the opportunity presented itself.

Yes. But there are other variables in reality. Anyone asked if they would take a healthy Manning would say yes. But thats not the point.

But that is exactly what Martin is saying and it's a no-brainer.

If it is a no-brainer then why is there so much disagreement?
