Give me a fucking break. What I quoted in my post was all that was there when I quoted it. If you want to add a couple of paragraphs to your post, at least have balls enough to acknowledge you did it.
No. 90% if it was about LOSING. If they were winning Tone and Sanchez would do the Fly Boys all over the place and sing songs together......
Who the fuck does Revis think he is, throwing his coach and teammates under the bus like this to the media instead of manning up and keeping this in house? What a cancer! He should be cut immediately!
How does Rex not know that the players are fighting in the lockerroom? Where is he when the players are in the lockerroom eating cheeseburgerS? Stop predicting superbowls and get hands and strict with the players fatso. Starting to think Rex is not the great coach I thought he was and just a great defensive coordinator.
totally agree how does Rex not know this????? no excuse!!!! none!!!! sorry but Rex has got to be put on notice!!!! another season like this and he should be FIRED!!!!! ... i know many wont agee with me let the flaming begin
+10000. Tomlinson likes to talk about leadership and all that crap yet what type of Leadership did he have if he simply decided to leave Rex in the dark?
Think about it. Schotty said he knew he was gone. Why would he want the offense to have "chemistry", that would make him look even worse. In this case, he could go to interviews and say it wasn't his fault it was the fact that he had to deal with a cancer.
It sounds like there wasn't a single leader on the team. I still don't understand why no one did anything during the season while all this was going on. Now Revis says they need to have a players only meeting at OTA's where the leaders take charge. Little late, huh? Were the veterans all just looking at each other and shrugging off all these issues during the season. It's just odd to me. Especially after Revis acknowledged they could have addressed it during the season and moved on. Just weird.
I have some real estate to sell you in Antarctica if you really think Rex was in the dark about this. This has to be the biggest bull of a story I've heard all year.
For once, I don't have a problem with what Revis is saying. It actually makes me feel better about the team as a whole now. Yeah, it sucks they got derailed and things went all crazy train for a season, but I think we are seeing that the people who should be leading are realizing it, and I will look for them to do something about it. A lot of times team chemistry gets downplayed, but bad team chemistry can be a serious cancer. I hope they shake it out in the off-season and start clean in training camp next year.
You are giving sg3 a run for his money for Homer of the Year. You should dial it down if you want people to take you seriously.
I have questioned the leadership on this team since last years AFCC game----after they came out flat against the Steelers, and played the first half as if they were just happy to be there. They showed some balls coming back in the second half of that game but it was too little too late. Regarding this year and the in house problems If Rex did not know anything that is simply amazing ? This is one big mess we have on our hands-----ps I think signing Bart Scott was a good move at the time but I think the Raven we should have gone after was Ray Lewis----did you hear his quotes this week ? The guy is a thug but he can play on my team any day.
If you read the article, I think it is extremely important and telling that Revis used the word "we" in discussing the problems, the failure to resolve them, the plan to resolve them before next season, and in his expression of support for Sanchez and the need to get the "right guys around him and build around him."
