It's a strange dynamic. It transcends division. The only way I can explain it is to say that 99.9% of me hopes that the Patriots lose, 99.99% hopes that the Giants lose, and 0.00% of me hopes either of them win. I hope this clears things up. Everywhere but here I say that I hope the Pats win because my daughter is a Pats fan and I have a Pats fan friend going to the SB and as a nice girl, I would love to see them happy to see their team win the big game. Being from CT it's the battle of the QB's my friends always brag to me about and then proceed to tell me Sanchez sucks. There's not much I can say when Tom Brady and Eli Manning are their QBs. Another Super Bowl for both teams would be huge, I think it'll be another 4th quarter shootout. I see Eli torching the Pats secondary with huge games from Cruz and Nicks with The D-line hitting Brady just enough for a 28-24 victory
I'm rooting for the Pats. They have already dominated us for the past 11 years, beating us in the division time after time. What's one more superbowl? Let them have it I don't care. Let's just call them our daddy. Fuck the Giants. I will not stand for them winning another.
Just eat, drink and relax and just think that at least one team will end up losing. Just take joy in that team losing and try not to think about the other team who wins. I feel like in all this going back and forth, why should I root for anyone? Just root for both teams to lose and you won't be disappointed.
