Just figured I would create a thread for all rumors, practices and what not relating to the Senior Bowl. There are some nice prospects that are there so it will be interesting.

WalterFootball.com- The New York Jets have taken a liking to Arizona State wide receiver Gerell Robinson. They probably aren't the only ones, as Robinson had a solid debut practice on Monday.

More on Robinson- One of the most impressive players on Monday for the North team was Arizona State wide receiver Gerell Robinson. He beat Johnson in the one-on-ones, and got the better of Fletcher with a beautiful one-handed catch reaching back behind his body. In the 11-on-11 full team scrimmage, Robinson was moving the chains for the offense. He was very effective running the short to intermediate slant. He beat Oklahoma cornerback Jamell Fleming on a comeback route. After making the catch, Robinson dodged Fleming's reach to break free downfield for a good gain. It wasn't all good for Robinson, as he dropped one slant pass. Overall he was a real challenge for defensive backs and Robinson made his presence felt.

Starting to think that this guy is a realistic/likely option for the Jets in Rd 1.

    Or potentially this guy:

Both having great weeks, excelling at both tackle spots.

Adams is a very good player, a huge man with quick feet.

Lets' see how he plays the rest of the week against excellent competition, so far so good.

I'm not ready to spend a Mid first on Adams just yet, especially with a player like Upshaw, Mercilus or Ingram available.

Adams missing most of 2011 with the Tattoo/Jewelry gate hurt his stock

I just cant see us passing up on Mercilus or Upshaw (if available) in the first for Adams. If it was Jonathan Martin, then okay, but I just dont see Adams as great value there...

Maybe a nice trade back option?

Is there any chance he could make it to our 2nd round? If not and he makes it to the early 2nd, would he be worth trading up 10 or so spots?

    I doubt it.

We will have few good options for RT/G in Round 2.

Rex won't pass on a huge need at OLB with one of the following players being available.... Upshaw, Ingram & Mercilus.

If the coaches like him I'd have no problem taking Adams in rd 1 @16. Fits Sparano's scheme very well and RT is very important for us.

The value isn't there yet, you trade down and pick up a some picks then draft Adams.

Still, you don't pass up a better player like I mentioned at OLB to draft Adams.

Glenn can play both positions RT/G.

Do you think Adams is valuable enough to trade up some spots in the 2nd to pick him up? Who else do you like at the 2nd or 3rd round pick? (Zebrie Sanders, Nate Potter, others?)

Potter & Sanders are possible targets.

Osemele is player I like who might be available to the Jets in Rd 2. Osemele has long arms and is very strong and would be a solid RT or Guard.

Wagner is another option, but has struggled at times against quick pass rushers. I like his teammate Zeitler better who is a perfect G and could move to RT since he's a better pass protector.

I agree, we could move back and pick him up plus another 2nd round pick. Then get someone like curry at linebacker and possibly jones or sanu at wide reciever

Just saw a phenomenal one-handed catch by Juron Criner; he is very impressive so far...Jeff Fuller doesnt look too good IMO.

Ingram and Upshaw looked very good as thought and applying pressure/showing burst and power.

James Brown from Troy could be a very good sleeper at RT in the middle rounds.

Ingram and Upshaw look real solid in practice.

Ingram looks like the quickest D-lineman on the South squad.
