I voted eric Smith because I figured Schotty was already well ahead. The fact that Santonio is well ahead of Eric Smith says a lot about the intelligence of our fan base and how knee jerk some of us really are. Where the hell is Mulligan BTW?
I don't hate the team or any member on the team. I hate the outcome. They will get em next year. Superbowl Champs 2013!
Can't disagree with anything you wrote here. There were issues pretty much accross the board this year. Unfortunately, you can point to many different facets that caused the Jets downfall. If it were just one thing it would be easier to fix. Barring Revis, everyone had their part in the failure that was the NY Jets of 2011. However, I learned long ago that no matter how much time, energy, and dollars you put into being a fan, hate is way too strong of a word when it comes to football - except for Brady of course . If the Jets win or lose on Sunday you still have a family and (hopefully) a job to go to on Monday mornings. If you take the Jets so seriously you'll get depressed far too easily - especially with our history.
