I could see Braylon coming to Detroit for a year.

He'd cleanup playing 2nd fiddle in his hometown; ton of targets, rarely see a double, etc.

Then he could go to the Jets on a multi-year deal for much, much more money.

Man....if he is healthy, a Tandem of Megatron and him? Who the hell are opposing Defenses going to cover? lol.

Not a bad idea but I doubt if Braylon does well there that he'd come to the Jets.

I want him to come to the Jets outright....

It doesn't matter what free agent we sign, it doesn't matter who we draft, it doesn't matter who our coach is or who our offensive coordinator is or who coached defense or special teams.

The Jets will never win anything.

The sooner you get that in your head, the better off you'll be.

What is this OUR bull shit, youre not one of us. GTFO go get an Eli jersey, you can hop back on the bandwagon when rex makes a superbowl and pretend you were a believer all along

It looks like he's baiting you to say something derogatory. Be careful.

He's just someone who doesn't really give a damn about the Jets. He just likes seeing himself talk.

    See, that's where you're wrong.

I'm a Jets fan. I actually root for the Jets to win something.

You fancy boy new Jets fans might look at 8-8 as some sort of success. I'm not surprised, you probably come from the "everyone gets a trophy" school of thought.

    I'm not in that camp.

Yeah, in my dream scenario, Burleson hits the road.

Bray is the big physical type WR they need opposite CJ. Titus takes over Nate's role in the slot.

Not a need, but not entirely out of the realm, either.

That would be an even scarier offense I think. Stafford can only get better and as long as he is smart in avoiding unncessary hits you guys have a good future.

Every year, I give the Jets the opportunity to prove me wrong. And, every year they prove me right.

  15. Well that's a good attitude to have.

Not saying you are one, but I find the Sunshiners to worse than SOJF's. The Jets are quite frankly a historically bad NFL organization. Are there worse? sure, but we don't root for those teams. They've been in existence since '60. They have one SB title which was won 43 freaking years ago. Hell, they have only ever won 4 division titles (2 since the merger). Optimism is fine, but the younger Jets fans that act like we as fans are SOOOOOO lucky to be in the playoffs or make the AFC title games recently (while losing them), or talk like there are 4 SB's on the way just because Rex and/or Sanchez are here is insane.

Until the Jets win the SB again, it's more than fair to be extremely critical and disappointed when they lose.

    My wishlist: Peyton Manning

If we cant get him, get a top safety, Mario Williams, Braylon Edwards.

What about Signing Laron Landry to help our Safety needs. And then drafting a Mark Barron who will likely fall to us. That could seriously solidify our secondary. We could grab a WR in the draft as well as another LB.

For WR---Brian Robiskie!!! You could get him for a 7th round pick and the dude is a stud! Big time player at OSU...has the size/speed/hands...Father is a receivers coach in the NFL so you now he has fundamentals...dont need to egos at WR. Low cost/high reward...had a bright future as a 2nd round pick in CLE but was forced out under new regime.

One spot you guys need to look at---CB ---Another solid CB will help with TEs. Brandon Carr is a FA and Finnegan (buddy of Revis) may be on the market as well. They may cost money, but it would be worth it. Pair one of them with the other three and the field is locked down.
