lol that's a good analogy...except that I've just about had it with the Giants and their hawdy-tawdy fans. I don't have to deal with the Pats fans and BB/Brady are immortals and going to the HOF at this point anyway, so what's it to me if they win another one? The Giants winning another would be something else though.
But you do realize that if they win, they're gonna be officially hailed as the team of NY and we'll have to hear an entire off-season of Francesa saying how the Jets suck, right?
Did you actually watch the game? If Kyle Williams just stays on the sidelines, the 49ers win the game in regulation. Their defense was dominating, and they could've beaten the Patriots for sure. Who would've guessed that missing Ted Ginn Jr. would change that game. Seriously, even if the 49ers didn't put a return man on the field at all and let the ball bounce every time, they'd won the game for sure. Great great defense, zero wide receivers. Great tight end and a running back, but you can't throw it to anyone else on that team.

So true. Already on facebook I have giants friends who are saying things "Take notes jets. You don't stop at the championship game" and "Giants will handle the pats since our crosstown rival can't do it" etc..... Is it me or am I the only one who thinks the giants and pats both got gifts in the 4th quarter to advance? Anyways congrats Giants. I'm going to play Skyrim and try to forget all this for now.
