Im fine with Tanny but the guy sucks at drafting so can we get someone who can work alongside Tanny but only focus on the draft. Tanny has wasted top 1st picks on Sanchez and Gholston and a 2nd round pick on Ducasse.
the more i think about it the more scared i am about how this team is being built. at first i just simply questioned ok, maybe mangina was really helping to build the talent pool around here and getting good team oriented guys. now it seems as though we are really trying to fix issues through free agency and are more than willing to let guys walk or get rid of them. it feels very redskinsesque right at this moment. i am really not sure we are on the right path to continuing to build the team, sure its harder when you are drafting at the lower half of the draft but we also have not stockpiled picks to save our lives. now the question is, is there enough time to right the ship before everyone goes fucking bananas and gets fired.
He also burned out his welcome in Buffalo (was fired after the 3rd SB loss when he reportedly cursed out Ralph Wilson's daughter) and Jacksonville (not sure what happened there, quieter exit). Bill Polian also got into it a few years ago defending Peyton from Mike & Mad Dog. Hung up on them after yelling at them, I believe. No way Woody Johnson wants a guy like that being the face of the Jets. He makes Belichick and Mangini look media-friendly and telegenic. Oh yeah, he was retiring anyway but wanted his son Chris to take over. Indy reports indicate that Bill Sr. might have stayed but Irsay knew he wouldn't/couldn't if he fired the real cancer -- Chris. IndyStar had a devestating article a few weeks ago talking about the bad personnel decisions on the team and in the operations department made by both Polians (but esp. Chris) and the atmosphere of fear/paranoia over in Indy.
I think you're overreacting. There's one or two players beefing, that can be straightened out. New OC, new chapter for everyone. I think chemistry will be a non issue moving forward.
