Yeah that's just an insult to Upshaw and hopefully that puts a flame under him to be better than what he is now.
Hightower could be a starter from day one!! Scott is a cancer and most importantly his play has deteriorated and he was a liability last season. Hightower could step in right away and upgrade the defense. The real issue is OLB, that really needs to be addressed first and then we can worry about Scott.
To be honest I think we should wait a year to draft an ILB. Id love to pick up a kid like Manti Teo or Kevin Reddick next season, theyd be excellent replacing Scott on our defense.
Yeah, Manti Teo would be awesome next year... Thats the first thought that came to mind when I heard he was going back to school.
