I would think the FO should have figured out they will fire Shitty for at least three weeks now. The final two games have made it a no brainer! Lets fire Shitty and give him and us as much time as we can to move on...I doubt Shitty will get a head coaching position after such a terrible campaign anyway.

this conf today will be a year end review and them saying that every player and coach will be evaluated to see how best to improve the team . I don't expect any big announcements today.

This is where having a young kid at QB hurts the team. Someone should be knocking on these guys door and having a little chat with them. Unfortunately Suckchez does not have the testicular fortitude to do stuff like that. It's not in his character.
I don't think it is a lack of fortitude, more so it is being a 3rd yr QB. Nobody is going to respect a young qb yelling at them especially when we fill positions with super bowl mvps and hall of famers.
