Are you F'ng serious? How green are your glasses? Texans, Colts,Niners and Steelers plus the usual 3 losses in the division. Next year has 9-7 written all over it.
One positive to finishing 8-8 is fewer national games on Thursday night following a Monday Night or Sunday Night. It may actually be 'nice' having a normal game day schedule throughout the year.
lol I don't remember the last time we hosted them...the Vance Joseph/Tim Brown fiasco? EDIT: Silly me, forgot for a second I was AT a Raiders home game, the game where we clinched a playoff spot in 2006.
everyone hates a team or coach until they show them money, attention, and a want -- egos will always trump personal feelings. Also no way San Fran changes QBs after the season they had with Alex Smith.
i didn't even notice that -- when was the last time we didn't have to fly 3000 miles..only one west coast game ---granted Seattle is as far as you can go but only one trip.
I will give you the Steelers and Texans, but Colts without Manning are nothing. They proved that this year. Peyton can't even throw a football yet, so I think that means he won't be back. Niners are us from the 09-10 and 10-11. NO QB, they can run the ball and play good defense. They aren't that scary of a team.
Incorrect...the NFL flipped the AFC and NFC West scheduling rotations a couple years ago to prevent unfair advantages in terms of flight time for teams in the division. The Jets will be in Seattle, and they will host Arizona.
Alex Smith is playing at a much higher level than Sanchez and their defense is quite likely the best in football. They look far better than the Jets of the last couple of seasons (and the Jets of last year would have whipped the Jets of this year). The 49ers are much more similar to the Ravens from this season, and how did the Jets do against them?
Smith is playing better than Sanchez between the 20s, but Mark has 32 touchdowns to just 19 for Smith. We might get to the red zone less often, but when we do we score more than they do - takes them two scoring drives to match one of ours.
