Obvious holes are @ LB, Safety, WR, TE, OL ... No point saying the Jets need a passrusher because EVERY team in the league will grab a pass-rusher if they can - even if they already have a dominant pass rush.

Too many holes for Jets to just focus on 1 player this draft. BPA will most likely fall into one of their needed categories.

Going to be a serious need no doubt , BAP @ 15 that fits one of those needs and can start right away...

Think if we cut enough fat from this team we may also be able to help our O-line at RT thru F/A instead of the draft. Draft OLmen in the 4 and 5 round. again BAP

I'd like DeCastro but I wouldn't be surprised if we go RB (Miller?) as BPA depending on what happens north of our pick.

Whatever you do don't draft Barkley he is probally going to follow in Sanchez's footsteps.

Both have been wrong numerous times and one doesn't post here anymore anyway. They are/were good for gathering data but the idea that either was a great judge of collegiate talent has been way overblown

I think he (DeCastro) very well could be BPA. rafting miller at 15 is way to high for him IMO. He's a second round guy.

Just not a fan of taking a guard in the top 15, as good as DeCastro is.

And if we want a RB in round 2, its gotta be Chris Polk of UW. He's going to be the next round 2 RB stud(MJD, Rice, Forte). I really liked what I have seen, he's going to be awesome on the NFL level.

I am not so sure that they will know who the best player available is anymore.

Blackmon doesn't have Megatron's height. I don't even want to compare Floyd to Calvin because Michael can't do the things Megatron can.

Blackmon is a burner and might be Santonio Holmes esque with a bit more speed. Oh and he can play special teams.

They, along with others like Green hurricane, have been right far more often than not. While no one, professional scouts included, has a perfect track record they have a better than average one for guys doing this as a hobby. I don't alwyas agree with them but to discredit thier knowledge of the NCAA game and its players is silly.

    ~All in. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Sanchez for RG3.~

Kidding aside, I'd like to see a pass rusher, safety or OT with the first pick. This is a deep WR draft. Take Sanu in the 2nd.

Vontaze Burfict - we need on-the-field fire and leadership more than we need a pass rusher.

Of course, if Trent Richardson falls to us, then...

Can see Sanu and Kendall Wright(Baylor WR) rising as early as late round 1/early round 2, where barring a trade the Jets obviously have no shot on unless you want to reach for them.

Barron in the top 15 seems too much of a reach, as a top 25 player its a bit more reasonable. He's the only safety worth a note to take in round 1. OT its a bit iffy pending on where Rieff and Martin go and pass rusher you can go with an Upshaw or Ingram though they might be better picked at 21-26 more so than top 15.

Nobody is right about everybody but when you act the way Mr. electric did then you better be right all the time.

    How did I discredit them?
I wrote neither is great. I did not write that they suck.

I think they are okay as judges of college players.
