I would say that Revis and Mangold are the least of this team's problems. Holmes is certainly a problem at this point. Where you have him on that scale is debatable, but make no mistake, he is a problem going forward...

^^^^THIS^^^^ Our OC is the one who has issues. He hasn't tried to get the ball to Holmes all year. I don't blame Holmes for his bad attitude. He's frustrated. This team sucked ALL year. The OLine was the worst. Look at where this offense was ranked...22nd in Rushing and 27th in passing...the OLine is the team's problem.

I don't think Rex thought Holmes had the best character; rather, he was likely hoping being a captain would push Holmes to become a stronger leader.
It's impossible to get rid of him next year because of the dead money, otherwise I'd say ship his ass out. He needs to go. If getting shipped out of town for a 5th rounder wasn't enough to humble his stupid ass, and the Eagles celebration fiasco wasn't a reminder to stay humble, he'll never get it.
