Favre was here under Mangini and without our great defense that Sanchez was given, and here without Holmes and Braylon edwards/plaxico, 81 qb rating, more yards then Sanchez, much better completion % begs to differ. Let's see - the 2008 season with Favre at QB - 9-7 record, no playoffs, losing the division to the QB the Jets kicked to the curb in a year Brady was sidelined - 22 picks and all the BS that come with Favre. That season was better than the 2009 and 2010 seasons when the Jets played in 6 playoff games, winning four and playing in consecutive AFC title games???? You have completely lost all credibility (if you ever had any) and indicated you have no ability to think impartially and with any perspective at all. As a Jets fan and long time season ticket holder, the 2008 season was among the least enjoyable most disappointing seasons I have ever experienced. Having that selfish SOB on this team and watching him piss away that season was awful. The only good to come out of it was the coaching change that resulted.
